Due to the nature of food products, returns are accepted only under specific circumstances.

The product is received in a damaged condition.

You receive a product different from the one ordered.
Missing Product

Manufacturing Defect
The product has a manufacturing defect or quality issue.
To be eligible, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
For approved refunds, we will credit the refundable amount into the source account within 5-7 business days
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Chilli Oil Products
- Opened products
- Used products
- Partially consumed products
- Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery
Custom 3D Printed Products
Since custom 3D printed products are made specifically for individual customers, they are non-returnable and non-refundable unless received damaged or defective.
Change of Mind
Returns or refunds will not be accepted for:
- Change of preference
- Taste preference
- Ordering by mistake
- Incorrect product selection by customer
4. Return Request Process
To initiate a return or replacement request:
Customers can raise a request for a return or refund within 2 days of delivery

- Clear photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging
- Description of the issue

Once your request is received:

- Verification typically takes 2–5 business days.
- A decision regarding replacement or refund will be communicated via Email or WhatsApp.
HotChi reserves the right to approve or reject requests after verification.
6. Refund Process
If a refund is approved:
Online Payments
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
Refund Timeline
For approved refunds, we will credit the refundable amount into the source account within 5-7 business days
The actual credit timeline may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
7. Replacement Policy
In eligible cases, HotChi may offer:
- Product replacement
- Store credit
- Partial refund
- Full refund
The resolution will depend on the nature of the issue.
For Approved returns, we will deliver the replacement product within 5 business days
8. Order Cancellation Policy
Before Shipment
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team.
If the order has not been shipped, a full refund may be issued.
After Shipment
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
9. Delivery Refusal
If a customer refuses delivery without a valid reason:
- Shipping charges may not be refunded.
- Future orders may require advance payment.

HotChi’s liability shall be limited to the value of the purchased product only.
We shall not be liable for:

- Delays caused by courier partners
